In combination with various self-developed series of special coating formulas, it reduces the tendency of hot cracking and coarse grains, not in the form of pellets, and irregular arrangement that are prone to occur during the solidification process of high chromium molybdenum copper and other high alloy cast iron (or steel), and improves the wear resistance and mechanical strength of the roller ring.
(5) On the basis of systematic research on the isothermal transformation curve and continuous cooling transformation curve of chromium molybdenum copper alloy cast iron and ductile iron, a scientifically reasonable matching heat treatment technology was adopted to improve the preparation of high chromium molybdenum copper alloy casting, enhance various mechanical properties, and minimize the casting stress of composite roller rings.
